About Sabina
Sabina's career in health + wellness stemmed from her own healthy journey. Years of yoyo dieting left Sabina with incredibly low metabolism and even lower self esteem.
Taking things into her own hands with a honours degree in Human Physiology Sabina studied as a personal trainer and holistic health coach with the esteemed Integrative Institute of Nutrition.
I want people to learn from my mistakes and bypass the stress + pain I wasted years on.
