How does the plan work?

This method has taken me over a decade to fine tune and I couldn't be prouder. 

The method works by working with your own internal systems such as your metabolism, hormones and gut health to burn fat. 

These worksheets have been carefully crafted to give you clear instructions on when to eat, what to eat and when to achieve lasting weight loss. 

 

Does it work for vegetarians?

This meal plan can be adapted to help vegetarians, however I don't promote it as such. 

My goal is to make your weight loss journey as simple and clear cut as possible.

 

Do you offer refunds?

I know it's not easy to trust purchasing online and I truly want you to achieve your goals. 

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the weight loss bundle you have 7 days to apply for a refund.

 

How are you qualified?

I hold the following qualifications and over 20 years of experience in the wellness industry along with lots of personal experience.

Do I have to buy supplements?

No, however we do suggest some supplements if you are experiencing certain symptoms. However these are purchased from the pharmacy, not some pricey company.

We aim for you to have a whole diet that meets your every requirement but sometimes an extra boost of vitamins + minerals can just give you an extra boost. 

This is only a suggestion to complement the diet.

 

Do I have support?

We view support as a huge part of our transformational model. We know you will encounter struggles + obstacles so we have a Facebook community just for you to ask + navigate your new lifestyle ahead.

 

Do you have any other weight loss tips?

In the facebook group I love to offer tons of free content to inspire and motivate you to achieve your dream mind and body.

We have hundreds of recipes for you to peruse at your leisure. We also have lots of weekly food plans so you can just plug and play. 

That said we don't pretend to know what foods you like, so we give you a meal cheat sheet. This helps you build your individual meals in line with the guidelines so you are doing everything you are supposed to.
