Tomato & Brie Omelette

Ingredients

  • 2 - 4 tbsp of chia seeds black or white(pre soaked overnight)
  • 2 cups of organic rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp natvia or to taste
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups milk
  • Walnuts
  • Fresh Strawberries 

Heat the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.Whisk the eggs and parsley in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper totaste. Add the eggs and cook until almost set. Place the brie and tomatoes onone half of the omelette and fold the other half over top.Remove from heat and enjoy!

TIP

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to two days.One serving is equal to one two-egg omelette.Omit the brie or use dairy-free cheese instead.Add spinach, arugula, or additi
