3 Minute Chilli Eggs

A fast healthy breakfast is so simple when you add just a few eggs and some chilli.

In my experience most people skip breakfast due to lack of planning and time.  

This super easy spicy take on scrambled eggs is my go to with minimal washing up and maximum flavour, not to mention the chilli gives your metabolism an extra kick for the day!

 Prep Time : 1 Minute 

Cook Time : 3 Minute 



  • 3 Eggs
  • Whole Milk or Almond Milk
  • Sliced Chilli or Dried Chilli Flakes
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Vogels Salt
  • Black Pepper

Mix eggs and milk in a bowl, then add remaining ingredients + mix.

Place in a hot fry pan and stir gently for 2 to 3 minutes depending on the consistency you prefer. 

Enjoy with 

Greek, natural yogurt, Salad + red capsicum
