Milky Porridge Oats With Fruit

 Prep Time : Soak overnight 

Cook Time : 10 Minute 

STOVE COOK

Ingredients

  • Rough Raw Rolled Oats (soaked overnight in water or milk)
  • Milk or Soy Milk
  • Natvia Sweetener


Topping

  • Rasberries
  • Strawberries
  • Cherry
  • Passionfruit 
  • Lemon or orange

Soak rolled oats in milk or water overnight with a little stevia to taste.

Cook (boil and then simmer)  oats on hob for 10 minutes. Once cooked to the texture you desire, add extra milk and native to taste and stir.

Allow to cool. 

Place oats in bowl and top with seasonal fruits, such as passionfruit, strawberry, cherry and fresh raspberries
