FRUIT SALAD

NO COOKIN REQUIRED

Ingredients

  • Ripe Rockmelon deseeded
  • Cherrys
  • Peach or nectarine, diced
  • Mint leaves


Prep the melon by cutting it in half and deseeding the fruit. 

Add any fruit, including apples, pears, nectarines and cherries inside.  Avoid grapes if you are trying to lose weight. 

Serve with full fat yogurt and raw almonds to balance out sugars and manage weight

Cook (boil and then simmer)  oats on hob for 10 minutes. Once cooked to the texture you desire, add extra milk and native to taste and stir.

Allow to cool. 

Place oats in bowl and top with seasonal fruits, such as passionfruit, strawberry, cherry and fresh raspberries
